Amras

To Serve 6

Ingredients
Milkmaid : 1/2 tin
Mangoes : 3 (medium size)
Milk : 1 cup (1 cup = 150 ml)

Method
  1. Peel mangoes and remove pulp.
  2. Mash the pulp well with hand or blend coarsely.
  3. Add Milkmaid and cold milk. Chill.
  4. Serve well chilled.
Quick Tip
In case mangoes are fibrous, pass amras trough a sieve before serving.
