Ingredients

Milkmaid : 1/2 tin

Curd : 1/2 kg

Paneer : 100 gm

Mango essence : 1 tsp (1 tsp = 5 ml)



Method
  1. Put curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes. Press to make sure that excess water is removed.
  2. Mash Paneer till smooth and creamy. Blend with Milkmaid and mango essence. (Mixer may be used for a smooth product.)
  3. Fold in curd and chill til almost frozen.
