Ingredients
Milkmaid : 1/2 tin
Curd : 1/2 kg
Paneer : 100 gm
Mango essence : 1 tsp (1 tsp = 5 ml)
Method
- Put curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes. Press to make sure that excess water is removed.
- Mash Paneer till smooth and creamy. Blend with Milkmaid and mango essence. (Mixer may be used for a smooth product.)
- Fold in curd and chill til almost frozen.
