Chocolate Fudge

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Cooking Time : 20-25 minutes

Makes 16 Squares



Ingredients

Milkmaid : 1 tin

Powdered Sugar : 1/2 cup

Cocoa : 3/4 cup

Walnuts (broken) : 1 cup

Butter : 125 gm

Maida : 2 tbsp



Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except walnuts in a kadai and heat.
  2. Once heated, cook on slow fire for 10 to 15 minutes till the mixture thickens and starts moving in a mass (soft ball stage). Stir in walnuts, broken coarsely.
  3. Pour onto a greased plate and smoothen surface. Cool.
  4. When cool cut into 2" squares.
